Developed in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra’s AI and Agritech Innovation Center (AIAIC) supported by the World Bank, and Wadhwani AI casebook showcases 26 AI applications across precision farming, crop and soil monitoring, yield prediction, supply chain optimisation, and market linkage platforms. These use cases demonstrate how data-driven insights can empower farmers to make informed decisions and reduce risk.

The casebook places particular emphasis on scalability and accessibility, highlighting solutions that are adaptable across diverse agricultural contexts, including smallholder ecosystems. It also reflects on the importance of integrating local knowledge with advanced technologies to ensure relevance and adoption.

By presenting real-world deployments and tangible impact, the casebook serves as a guide for governments, agri-tech innovators, and development organisations aiming to build more sustainable and inclusive agricultural systems through AI.
