Artificial Intelligence can predominantly ease the government labour by implementing automation for repetitive tasks resulting in the increased transactions, fastening the provision of government services and accurately assessing the outcomes of the policy options as well. Many instances have already proven AI’s potential in various government sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, finance, policymaking, legal and justice, telecommunication, transport, data security and management and so on.

Gujarat Government is all set to leverage AI for governance

The Gujarat government is one step ahead in leveraging Artificial Intelligence for the public’s welfare. While addressing the three-day Chintan Shibir of state government at Ekta Nagar in Narmada district Sunday, senior minister Rushikesh Patel said, Gujarat government is all set to harness the power of AI for a more effective governance. “When the state government has always been eager and leading in adopting new technology, AI will become part of Gujarat’s administration to make its activities effective”, Patel stated.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, the cabinet minsters and all the senior bureaucrats of the state government participated in the Chintan Shibir. Rushikesh Patel also said that the discussions were held on focusing the state administration effortless and people-oriented.
