The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, established the Digital India Corporation (DIC) to invent, develop, and implement ICT and other new technologies for the benefit of the common man. 

According to Section 8 of the Companies Act of 2013, it is a not-for-profit corporation. The company has been in the forefront of the Government of India's Digital India initiative, promoting the use of technology for e-Governance, e-Health, Telemedicine, e-agriculture, e-Payments, and other applications. 

The Digital India program promotes the increasing cashless economy's safety and security issues, as well as the challenges that come with its wider acceptance. It also encourages innovation and the evolution of models for citizen empowerment through digital initiatives, and it fosters participatory governance and citizen participation throughout the government via numerous channels, including social media.

Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the following position purely on Contract / Consolidated basis:

Selection process

Qualifications, age, academic record, and relevant experience will be used to screen applications. Digital India Corporation has the right to set a higher qualification and experience requirement for screening and to limit the number of candidates invited for interviews. Only those who have been shortlisted will be invited to selection interviews. Digital India Corporation maintains the right to reject any or all of the candidates without providing a reason.
