The Centre for Machine Intelligence and Data Science (C-MInDS), IIT Bombay, has introduced the Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. This cutting-edge, 18-month online program, crafted and delivered by IIT Bombay's esteemed faculty, aims to equip early and mid-career professionals with advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science skills, fostering career growth in a rapidly evolving field.

This industry-focused curriculum is designed by esteemed IIT Bombay faculty, offering participants an immersive experience with hands-on learning using the latest tools and techniques in the industry. Graduates of this programme will enjoy the benefits of IIT Bombay alumni status upon successful completion, with a graduation ceremony held at the IIT Bombay campus.

The curriculum covers core topics and electives that combine the theoretical foundations of AI with practical industry applications. Core courses include:

• Programming for Machine Learning and Data Science
• Statistical Foundations of Machine Learning
• Machine Learning
• Deep Learning and GenAI
• AI-ML in Practice

The students will master key tools and languages such as Python, SQL, NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face, Docker, Kubernetes, and PyTorch.

Additionally, participants can choose among various elective courses in Natural Language Processing (NLP), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Machine Learning (ML) for diverse applications such as Computer Vision, Finance, Speech Processing, Manufacturing, etc. 

To be eligible for the program, applicants must hold either a recognized 4-year or 3-year undergraduate degree with at least one year of work experience. Post-graduate and doctorate students are also eligible. An understanding of Mathematics and Statistics at the undergraduate level is required.
