Once again, II Madras, a premier engineering college, has invited exceptional graduate students for internships in artificial intelligence (AI) and data science at Robert Bosch Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (RBCDSAI). 

The internship, also known as the Post Baccalaureate Fellowship, is open to candidate all year long subject to the availability of positions. The selected applicants will have an opportunity to work on the best GPU, the high-performing computing infrastructure in the country, work alongside and learn from the leading faculty of AI and data standards and receive a stipend between Rs 40,000 and Rs 60,000. 

The application deadline for the internship is 20 April'2021; selected candidates will be called for interviews before 7 May 2021. 

The selected interns will have an opportunity to work on the following subjects: 

• Deep learning.
• Network analytics.
• Natural language processing.
• Theoretical machine learning.
• Reinforcement learning and multi-arm bandits.
• System architecture for data science and artificial intelligence.
• Ethics, fairness and explainability in artificial intelligence.
• Systems biology and healthcare.
• Smart cities and transportation.
• Financial analytics

Aspirants with the following eligibility are invited for the application: 

• Those who have cleared their undergraduate program within the last two years, with consistent excellent academic record
• They possess excellent programming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB
• Candidates with prior experience in working on open-source projects will be preferred
