Under the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), a company has created an artificial intelligence (AI) enabled platform to quickly induct human resources with the best talents without altering the existing recruitment process.
The AI platform called Zappyhire uses Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to smarten the recruitment process by automatically reaching out to the candidates. It also studies the candidate's portfolio to educate the interviewer about the candidate as per their requirements.
"The platform helps customers manage their end-to-end recruitment in an intelligent, data-backed and insight-driven way. Our modular design also helps organisations make their existing recruitment platforms more intelligent and smart," said Deepu Xavier, co-founder of the 2018-founded Zappyhire.
Zappyhire recently hired 60 nurses in 36 hours amidst the COVID-19 crisis. Jyothi KS, the co-founder, said that Zappyhire guarantees to streamline job applications, automating candidate engagements, assessing their knowledge and traits through AI-based assessments, conducting multiple rounds of interviews and subsequent on-boarding and background verification.
