Velocity, an Indian financial technology company, has introduced "Lexi," the nation's first ChatGPT-integrated chatbot. According to the company, its analytics platform, Velocity Insights, has merged with this most recent AI advancement.

Using Velocity Insights, Indian e-commerce firms receive a daily business report on WhatsApp, which Meta owns. Velocity implemented ChatGPT into the WhatsApp UI in this manner.

"Ever since ChatGPT started, our product teams have been brainstorming on how it might be utilised to help our founders," said Abhiroop Medhekar, Co-founder and CEO of Velocity. We combined ChatGPT with the same UI that Velocity customers use to drive business choices because they already use Insights regularly."

He stated, "We want to give eCommerce owners leverage. Since the launch of ChatGPT, our product teams have debated how it may be utilised to benefit our founders. Velocity customers utilise Insights regularly, so we integrated ChatGPT with the same UI they use to drive business choices.

Velocity gives entrepreneurs essential business information in the form of a daily business report accessible via WhatsApp. In addition, Lexi, an AI, can answer queries now that ChatGPT is incorporated into WhatsApp.
