The recently launched suite of new experiences includes:  

New AI-powered job experience 

LinkedIn has brought the AI-powered job experience to all their Premium subscribers, starting in English worldwide. Additionally, they are offering even more enhancements based on the users’ feedback: 

  • Explore careers with your Jobseeker Coach: Navigate and find job opportunities effortlessly and faster by simply asking in plain language, such as, “Find me a remote marketing job in Detroit that pays at least $110,000.” 
  • Review your application and resume in seconds to stand out: Receive immediate feedback and personalized suggestions tailored to specific job posts. 
  • Cover letter assistance: Simplify your job search with personalized cover letter recommendations that you can review and edit. 

Personalized learning for everyone 

Whether you’re looking to change or not, the skills required in the workplace are expected to change by 68% by 2030.  

  • Expert advice, powered by AI: LinkedIn is about to pilot the ability to get personalized practical advice instantly from industry-leading business leaders and coaches on LinkedIn Learning, all powered by AI. The responses the users will receive are trained by experts and represent a blend of insights personalized to each learner’s unique needs. While human professional coaches remain invaluable, these tools provide a great starting point. 
  • Personalized coaching, powered by AI, when watching a LinkedIn course: As learners —including all Premium subscribers — watch the new courses offered by LinkedIn, they can simply ask for summaries of content, clarify specific topics, or get examples and other real-time insights, e.g. “Can you simplify this concept?” or “How does this apply to me?” 

New enhancements to help businesses 

Over the past year, LinkedIn has been reimagined, focusing on how AI can provide value across all its products for recruiters, learners, marketers, and sellers. LinkedIn is expanding the availability of features, including:  

  • Recruiter 2024: Since LinkedIn began piloting its reimagined Recruiter product, hirers have shared that they’re finding quality candidates faster. Over the next few weeks, LinkedIn plans to make Recruiter 2024 globally available in English.  
  • Expanded AI capabilities for marketers: LinkedIn’s Accelerate, an AI campaign creation and optimization offering, is delivering great results for advertisers with a 52% lower cost per action. * They plan to add new features as they expand globally and enhance Accelerate. B2B marketers can use Microsoft Designer to engage creatives, import existing customer lead lists for improved targeting, and receive campaign creation advice from LinkedIn’s new AI marketing assistant.  
  • Premium Company Pages for Small Businesses: These offer easy ways for small businesses to accelerate their growth. They can use these Company Pages to increase awareness and followers, distinguish their business from competitors, and drive effective conversions with features like AI-guided messaging and custom CTA.
