Truecaller partners with Microsoft to utilize the new Personal Voice technology from Microsoft Azure AI Speech. Since its launch in September 2022, Truecaller’s AI Assistant has integrated a plethora of AI technologies, including the ability to accept calls automatically, screen conversations, take messages, speak on your behalf, and record calls for later viewing. 

With the inclusion of Microsoft Azure AI Speech’s Personal Voice, Truecaller Assistant users can now digitally record their own voice to be used within the Assistant. This unique feature allows you to replace the generic digital assistant voice with a faithful replication of your own voice, providing a more personalized and engaging experience for your callers.  

Truecaller is the early access partner for Personal Voice, and a working demo for this new feature has just been showcased at the Microsoft Build conference in Seattle. Customers may now set up Truecaller Assistant by recording a few seconds of their own voice to create digital voices using the new Personal Voice functionality from Microsoft Azure AI Speech in Truecaller.
