With more than a decade's experience working in the IT industry spanning various roles in multiple geographies, Adarsh's entrepreneurship journey started after completing his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He founded AIndra Systems, a startup creating products in the area of Computer Vision, a domain under Artificial Intelligence. His passion in leveraging deep tech to solve hard human problems, saw him starting Aindra Systems. He is active in the Startup ecosystem in Bangalore and meets Entrepreneurs regularly and help in organizing meetups and events centered around startups. Adarsh has been a Program Leader for the Startup Leadership Program, a global Entrepreneurship program.

At Aindra Systems, he takes care of Market sensing, Opportunity sizing, Product Management, Business Development and Sales.
