Amit is passionate consultant turned entrepreneur for improving access to government services and social welfare schemes to common man. He founded Civic Tech Startup EasyGov in May 2015 that has been funded and supported by Rajan Anandan, Social Alpha (Tata Trust Initiative) and other marque LV investors. AI for Good winner 2019 and Emerge 50 winner of 2017 from NASSCOM, is Aadhar stack based cloud solution that will help one billion people of India to discover the entitlement and avail the Social welfare benefit and Government to Citizen Services. Chief Minister of Govt. of Haryana and Gpvt. of Bihar launched EasyGov solution (Saral Harlabh and Sahaj Taknik Yojana respectively) that is benefitting thousands of people daily.

Reliance has acquired EasyGov within 4 years of formation. Amit is working with politician, beaurocrats and business house for transforming civic in India to help India lead frog eGovernance maturity stages.

Before starting EasyGov, Amit has worked as an advisor to state & central Govt. in 15+ projects in area of national security and human services in India, Australia, Middle East, USA and Japan. His 10+ years corporate experience spans through Accenture Strategy, KPMG Advisory & Wipro Consulting.

Amit holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management, B. Tech in Computer Science and e-Governance certification from Asian Development Bank Institute Japan and United National Public Administration Network.
