He has a PhD in Computer Science from University at Stony Brook, NY, with focus on real-time scalable systems for multimedia workloads. He built real-time network traffic management systems at his start-up in Berkeley. At IBM Research, he led 10+ member teams for ~7 years to build analytical systems that solve IT service management problems, e.g. automate root cause analysis, Cloud workload placement, software-driven server energy optimization etc.
