Arpit Ratan is the co-founder and head- business development at Signzy. He is a CS and a law degree holder with a vast knowledge in share purchase agreement and share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, SEBI regulations, due diligence, negotiations, and foreign direct investment.

Arpit is one of the visiting faculties for diploma in corporate laws at ILS law college.
