Charu Noheria is an entrepreneur - she has co-founded two companies in the edtech space- 3RDFlix and Corsalite. While the former is focused on developing next gen immersive VFX content, the latter is an AI-based adaptive learning platform solution. She grew up in Chandigarh and did her schooling from Sacred Heart. She did her B.E (Computer Science) from RVCE, Bangalore and later pursued an MBA from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. Beginning her career in Bangalore, she worked as a software engineer at Samsung. During her MBA, she was a campus-recruit for Lumeris - one of the largest value-based healthcare IT firms in the USA. She joined Lumeris as a Strategic Leadership Development Associate and then quickly moved up the ranks to become Director-Technology Partnerships. In 2014, she co-founded her first start-up back in Hyderabad, India. Her passion for education stems from her personal experience of being part of the rat race of competitive examinations in India, leading her to switch five engineering disciplines in three engineering colleges.
