Naganand started his journey as an engineer, joined PSI India as a software engineer, made his way into entrepreneurship, not once but multiple times, before moving onto the next leg of his journey – as a venture capitalist. In doing so, he transitioned from being a technology professional to a management professional and a human resources manager.

Naganand is a serial entrepreneur turned investor. After exiting his most recent start-up, he founded Ideaspring Capital to fund and actively support product innovation start-ups. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs who have the vision and passion to build products for the global markets. Naganand is very well networked and respected in the start-up ecosystem and he actively participates in various organizations focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Naganand is an MS in computer science from Virginia tech. He is an investor and a board member in many of he companies such as ScienceAdda, FICCI, Worxogo, SImyog technology, Mihup etc.
