Ravi started his entrepreneurial journey two decades ago when he left a Senior Partnership in a large International Consulting firm and took over reigns of a small and stagnating Indian Consulting firm. Over the next decade he grew the firm by more than 10 times. Pursuing his entrepreneurial passion, Ravi founded worxogo in 2015 along with Ramesh. Before starting worxogo he had a stint as board member for one of India’s leading JV in the Automobile and Power Sector.
