In his current avatar he evangelises the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Enterprises promoting their proprietary Cognitive Process Automation (CPA) platform.

Prior to this he has held Senior Leadership roles at Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Wipro BPS where he was involved in Strategy, Operational Excellence and Risk Management. He has over two decades of experience in Customer Service, Technology , Operations and Administration.
