A scenario where the candidate did not have to wait for my team to squeeze time and give their interview, but interviewer being available when the candidate wanted, without having to skip office, making those silly excuses. A scenario where someone told me, Rupak, trust me, this candidate will be the right fit for you. I have done enough due diligence.”
He decided to make this fantasy world a reality when he quit a high profile, well paying, CEO role to become a management trainee once again . This is how, EvueMe Selection Robot, a start-up which dreams of making the lives of TA professionals simpler and more meaningful was born.
