Rupak epitomizes marriage of human psychology and cutting edge technology. An electronics engineer at heart and an IIMB graduate, he led large business as P&L Head in his corporate avatar of over 25 years.

In my fantasy world, I would imagine a scenario where I could see video clips of what was liked by my team in candidates presented to me, an imaginary dashboard where I could play with and see rankings of shortlisted candidates by competencies for that role. A scenario where the candidate did not have to wait for my team to squeeze time and give their interview, but interviewer being available when the candidate wanted, without having to skip office, making those silly excuses. A scenario where someone told me, Rupak, trust me, this candidate will be the right fit for you. I have done enough due diligence.”

He decided to make this fantasy world a reality when he quit a high profile, well paying, CEO role to become a management trainee once again . This is how, EvueMe Selection Robot, a start-up which dreams of making the lives of TA professionals simpler and more meaningful was born.
