Sanjeev is a co-founder at Light, the company behind NLPBOTS, the horizontal platform for automating enterprise conversations and processes, powered by NLP AI. He is a design thinker, and advisor on UX, he also works as conversational AI strategist for enterprises dealing with omnichannel user engagement and business process optimization through smart automation. He has been consulting digital agencies, E-commerce & IT companies on CX with NLP AI.
