Srivatsan Laxman is an entrepreneur with expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence and data privacy. Srivatsan is a BE degree holder from the University of Mysore and a PhD in electrical engineering from IISc. Before stepping into the entrepreneurship journey, he had worked with Sasken Technologies and Microsoft. Srivatsan's work has spanned many different application domains including, conversational artificial intelligence, search & ads, bioinformatics, computational biology, computer security and manufacturing. 

Srivatsan's earlier venture, Scibler, was an automatic assistant on the phone, that discovered an agenda for you every day, with appointments, tasks and timely updates from essential people. Scibler simplified, often eliminated, calendaring and email management chores, so you would stop making lists and just focussed on getting things done.

He loves to build intelligent systems that can learn to predict, summarize, recommend, and take action. He believes that smart technologies will simplify, penetrate and enrich our lives in super exciting new ways.
