AirCTO is a recruitment company that deploys a mix of human and AI elements in identifying the right technical talent for enterprises. The company is focussed on providing hiring solutions for technical roles like engineers, IT, etc.
With the help of machine learning and natural language processing, the company has built a system that shortlists resumes. The system searches for relevant skills within the resume of candidates based on the job description that thereby saves time of businesses by helping them screen multiple candidate profiles.
AirCTO claims to have worked with over 65 customers and performed over 1,500 interviews with over 120 technical experts. It claims to be growing 30% month-on-month.
Enterprises can upload the bulk of candidate profiles on the AirCTO platform and apply filters. The system then screens the profiles based on the filters and parameters provided by the company. The filters can be as specific as work experience, skill sets, education qualifications, etc. and the system looks for a comprehensive and related search, not just keywords matching. It then schedules remote interviews between the selected applicants and AirCTO’s expert panel. The panel, consisting of industry experts from large enterprises, will further screen, rate, and submit a final report on the eligible candidates with recommendations to the client.

AirCTO Screen
The company has developed a conversational chatbot i.e. Jarvis for screening and accepting job applicants. This chatbot can be integrated with all major job portals. It helps in collecting the basic information about the candidate i.e. skill sets, notice period, experience in specific technologies, relocation, salary expectation and many more which helps recruiters makes intelligent decisions. Jarvis has three different applications:FAQ Chatbot, HR Chatbot and Screening Bot.
