This startup is preincubated in NIT Agartala and now it has formed its full-fledged private limited entity. It is also registered under StartUp Tripura. The StartUp has 3 sections of hand-crafted professional Autonomous Robots:
CU (See You) Bots
This is a point to point robot designed for research and vast engineering applications. The customized robot platform is made for the purpose of achieving point to point navigation by proper on-path obstacle detection mainly for social importance (transportation purpose). Simultaneous Localization and mapping (SLAM) serves as the main working principle behind scanning of the indoor environment and real time simultaneous explored trajectory visibility is obtained from the visualizer of ROS (Robot Operating System). Different sensors are used to take source input from the concerned environment followed by proper static and dynamic obstacle detection and lastly obtainment of optimized path from desired start to goal point by the mobile robot. 2 of these robots are patented.
CU (Creative Utility) Bots
For creation of art and designs this section is made. The robots are autonomous and works on the principle of Nearest Neighbour algorithm in automatically making a design, like alpona, rangoli, abstract art, warli designs, mehndi etc.
CU (Cumulative Usage) Bots
This are autonomous bots for daily usage like dryer, floor cleaner, unmanned e-vehicle. These are in the process of creation and to be filed as patent.
These robots are in the process of formation.
Most of these robots are for B2B sell and these are mainly for research and educational purpose till now. All robots are handcrafted by the students of NIT Agartala in NIT Agartala AI-HCI lab itself.
Autonomous point to point robots
CU (See You) Bots: 1. CU-Omni: CU-omni is an indoor-robotic platform, designed for research and education. CU-omni is ideal for path planning in a complex indoor environment, which exhibits point-to-point collision-free navigation. Available in a 3-wheeled holonomic (Omnidirectional) drive system, with compatible power and computation options. CU-omni offers native ROS integration and is compatible with a wide range of SLAM-based sensors. It has been granted as a design patent. 2. CU-Mini: CU-mini is a low-form factor point-to-point indoor-robotic platform, designed for vision-based point-to-point navigation. Cu-mini is available in 2 active wheels and 1 dummy wheel differentiated drive system. Cu-mini offers native ROS integration and is compatible with a wide range of SLAM-based sensors. It has been granted as a design patent. 3. CU-Kurma: CU-Kurma is a stacked indoor robot platform, designed for multipurpose research, education, and domestic or official service. Available in two-active wheel and two-dummy wheeled structures, it exhibits Omnidirectional navigation. CU-Kurma offers native ROS integration and is compatible with various robot sensors. 4. CU-Asterisk: It is a hexagonal point-to-point navigation robot, which is in the process of being made. It has ROS compatibility and is compatible with different robot sensors and accessories. CU-Chitrika: CU-Chitrika is a multidimensional creative robot, that exhibits different Creative arts (Alpona / Rangoli) on surfaces like walls, floors, etc. working on the basis of Nearest Neighbour algorithm, it can design any input done by the user. By any type of pen/marker/abir. CU-Chitrika is compatible with a wide range of robot sensors and accessories. 2. CU-Nirmika: CU-Nirmika is a multidimensional creative robot, that exhibits different vector designs (Warli and vector arts) on surfaces like walls, floors, etc. working on the basis of the Nearest Neighbour algorithm, it can design any input done by the user. By any type of pen/marker. CU-Nirmika is compatible with a wide range of robot sensors and accessories. 3.
