CureSkin offers a solution using computer vision to recommend treatments for skin diseases to patients who don’t have access to trained professionals. With just a photo, CureSkin claims that it can diagnose approximately 80% of skin conditions and recommend treatment regimens.

CureSkin is a dermatology app that detects, analyzes and treats all skin and hair related problems. It diagnoses six types of common skin conditions, including pimples, acne, scars, dark spots, pigmentation, and dark circles, and recommends treatment regimens.

The Cureskin AI analyzes the skin texture at a pore level to figure out the skin type and sensitivity, along with skin issues. Therefore, the app requires high-quality and in-focus images. Also, the AI detection and chatbots help to add the number of patients they can handle, from 10-20 patients to 400 patients a day.

CureSkin also sees itself as a platform, it can be integrated with other platforms, such as skin clinics and hospitals, where a patient comes, takes a photo in a computer kiosk, and a skin report is generated.

The company claims that its deep learning algorithms are at dermatologist level for the six skin conditions currently. Its goal is to be able to diagnose at least 60 skin conditions such as different types of dermatitis, pigmentation conditions like melasma, etc.
