Machinup is a cloud-based AI platform that can capture critical machine parameters (vibration, noise, temperature etc.) from any equipment, diagnose the health of the equipment in real time and generate alerts to warn the end users. It can also provide historical data for comparison through interactive web and mobile dashboards.

The company offers a solution wherein sensors fitted to the machine transmit critical machine parameters (temperature, vibration, acoustics) in real time to the servers on the cloud. Machinup’s prediction algorithm compares the patterns in machine parameters using AI and helps in detecting anomalies at an earlier stage. The manufacturer is informed via email or SMS regarding a machine failure and what all-spare parts are to be arranged by a certain date. Eventually, when the failure occurs, the manufacturer fixes the problem and gets the machine back and running in a much shorter interval leading to minimal interruptions to the production.
