The company uses machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data science to plug into company’s internal talent databases, clean, update and standardize the data, read the historical and trending hiring patterns of the company against each role, and then rank and match them against open job roles and relevant roles. It not only optimizes the process but also automates the entire process, which is otherwise very tedious and time/effort involving.
It keeps track of each offer/rejection, which serves as an input and helps in improving the accuracy further. Also, it helps in analytics and getting finer granularity related to engagement, performance and source-efficiency.
Screening
Automatically screens applicants based on various parameters, including past hiring pattern and keyword parsing. It gives the top potential hires to the recruiter to start engaging.
Retarget
Retarget mines the company’s database of resumes, and sends out automatic messages asking for updates. Keeps the database fresh and current. It also rediscovers past applicants from ATS who would be ‘‘best-fit’ for currently open roles and retarget, engage and hire these candidates.
Analytics
Analytics is a robust reporting dashboard and comprehensive analytics give insights into critical areas like pipeline movement, source efficiency, team performance and activity etc.
